ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician9 months agoA. Might be nerve compression due to wrong sleeping posture do apply warm compress around and over the areas and gently massage with either sesame oil or mahanarayan tail twice a day avoid lifting any heavy objects with that arm

Could be a frozen shoulder also because the way you are mentioning it seems like your entire area is having an issue that is why you are unable to lift your palm or you having pain and lifting your hand and also please get it examined with a doctor once I think you should visit an orthopaedic
