Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. this appears to be type of neurological pain due to either entrapment of the nerves or due to some type of nutritional deficiency mainly vitamind b12 deficiency.. please meet your doctor because neurological examination and physical examination will be required. for paind you can take paracetamol.

When you talk about left side are you talking about the abdominal side or the chest side that’s not clear to me because sometimes when it is in the abdominal side it could be due to appendix also so it’s better to check with your doctor do not take any chances please
