It should be in the range of 60-65 kg around. You can calculate your body mass index on own. Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
Make your lifestyle active and avoid outside food. Have nuts for good immunity.
