mere hair bahut tut rhe hai ar growth bhi kam ho gai hai plz suggest something

A. follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. have sufficient fluids. Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying andb breakage.

A. Consume foods rich in iron, zinc, and vitamins. A homemade hair pack made of egg whites and olive oil applied directly on the scalp is a good remedy to minimise hair fall post-delivery. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and apply the strained water directly on the scalp. Leave it for an hour or two and wash.
