Mere daughter 6 year ki hai aur weight only 17 kg kya karu week hai please suggest kya khilau use

A. Hello good morning !! Give high protein,calorie rich,good fat foods for a healthy weight. Dals(pulses,legumes ) as sides,kichdi, curd, paneer,cheese,butter,tofu,banana,potato,sattu nuts powder in milk,kheer or dry fruit and nut ladoo /barfi,egg,meat in regular meals help in weight gain.
