mere c section ko 4 months hogye pain in my stitches and mota hogye stitches may i mostly sleep on right side woh side hi hogye aisa

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can bgue given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and alsoh get a routine check up done
