Try karein ki force feed nahi karein and eating ko fun time banaye. Kiddie bowl or plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range mein serve karein different shapes and colors mein. Fat and protein rich foods dein like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Day mein 3 main meals dein and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
