include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. Add jeera and pudina in cooking which are natural appetisers. Since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home but make sure it is cooked well and soft. Use jaggery instead of sugar and use ghee instead of oil. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses in a week. You can include dry fruits ,citric fruits, cow milk. Give five solid feed in a day and liquids like buttermilk,fresh fruit juices, soups, milkshakes.Write Your Answer Here
