mere bete ko sardi aur khasi ho gayi he.. kuch khata nahi he sirf brest feeding karta he kaya me use chota wala elachi kela khila sakti hue..

Ma’am you can see whatever you want to feed your child that there is no restriction or any kind of food to be given to the child but your child should eat that is the first and foremost things for that purpose I think you should start giving iron supplement to the child as loss of appetite could be often seen due to deficiency of iron in the body and sometimes it could probably be due to teeth coming
