A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most commotn. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lhysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. See you should start giving an iron and multivitamin supplement to the child I think maybe there could be a possibility that your child is having lower level of iron in the body which is why the appetite of the child as improper as per the ageWrite Your Answer Here
