please do the following things:
keep your child well hydrated
give warm water with Tulsi leaves and pinch of turmeric powder ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
