In the first few weeks of like if your breastfed baby poop smells bad, it may be because of the food you are consuming dairy products. Whatever it is you consume affects your baby's bowel movement, so if you eat a lot of gas-producing food - like broccoli, wheat, and more - your baby will feel gassy too. And where there's gas, there's oodo.But in general, formula fed babies have smellier poop than breastfed babies. If your baby takes medication like antibiotics than it also be the reason of smelly poop.

Hello and good afternoon it could be due to stomach infection no medication should be given without a clinical examination you must always consult with your pediatrician for a clinical examination before giving any medication or even supplements for that matter to your baby otherwise it could be harmful for your baby than helpful
