Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 months agoA. hello mam, iske kaafi karan ho sakte hai. ho sakta hai aapko koi stress ho jis wajah se neend na aa rahi ho. acidity ki problem ki wajah se bhi need nahi aati. please sone se pehle haldi waala dhudh le. sone se atkeast 2 hours pehle screen time na le. neend na aane pe aankhen band krke koi paath kr le..jis se neend aane me help milti hai
