Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. they are lymph nodes and are part of normal human body. you have to take any intervention and meet your doctor only if they are causing pain as well as they are increasing in size.
many times during infectioxn they will increase in size and they will again decrease in size when the infection gets controlled.

Thermophob you can apply but prior to that you should keep ice cube or cold pack onto that area do a nice massage with that accent and after that you can apply the tube suggesting that is going to help in settling the swelling and if required please consult your doctor as well
