Hi , dont worry, include variety of homecooked foods with whole grains, millets, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, stuffed roti and paratha, boiled potato, banana, chikko, boiled sprouts and pulses, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dried fruits, porridge, sheera, veg upma, poha, pancake, stuffed idli, dosa, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian and use ghee in meal preparations.
try to feed on regular intervals after 2 hours.
avoid force feeding.

for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
