mere beta 3 months old h ...1 month se uski cough n cold ni ja rha h..sari medicine start h sb precautions k sath...what do I do ?? thanks

A. hi, increase breast feeding, avoid cold winds n cold weather. Mustard oil has medical & antibacterial properties. Its a safe & effective way to cure cough & congestion in children. Put one or two garlic cloves in mustard oil and heat the oil. Once the oil is lukewarm, rub it on baby’s chest & feet. Warmth & smell of mustard oil helps to get quick relief from nasal congestion and cough & cold.

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
