mere bachhe ko kuch din pahle fever 104 Aya tha usk baad use khansi ho gyi thi ab sb thik h bt uska pair aur haath ki hatheli hmesha hot rahti h sir koi tention ki baat to nhi? plz help

A. nahi.. no problem. do give ur baby lots of fluids n offer him fruits n fruit juice, vegetable soups. wear him weatger appropriate clothes. t. c
