Q.

mere bacha 14 month ka hai.. use cough hai.. aur 3-4 din se rat me fever bhi aata hai.. Aaj usne potty kari usme se smell aa Rahi thi.. aur 3 bar potty kari jo danedar thi.. pls suggest.. reflora R de sakte hai kya ??? ya fir ye kis ke symptoms hai..

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. ghalong with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be givmen frequently to relieve the symptoms.
