mere bacchi ko 4 days se fever aa raha h or past 7 days se cold or cough h or halka urin infection h use high grade fever ho raha h isliy Dr sne blood test likhe aj karwane ke liy but use kal rat 10 baje medicine Dene ke baad ab fever aa raha h toh kya ye viral he h ya muje test karwana padega pls help me

In normal cases of the fever last for three days or more then it is definitely definitely due to an infection you are already mentioning that there is a urine infection probably which is why this is happening in the fever is coming down and does not increase over the period then it is okay otherwise you will have to go for a blood test
