Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Try indirect steaming. It will moisturise the nasal cavity and prevent the drying up of mucus which can block the airway. Run a hot water shower in your washroom and made the kid sit along with you in the washroom full of steam for 15-20 mins. Heat some garlic and ajwain in a tawa until it is slightly warm and wrap it in a piece of cloth. Apply this on your kid's chest to provide relief from chest congestion. Keep your baby's head elevated to help drain the mucus away through the nose and clear his chest.
