mere bacche ke throat me white spot he. khasi aur sardhi he. A bar ho raha he please suggest some medicine or home remedies.

Check with your doctor maybe the white spots could be due to deficiency of calcium and for the cold and cough issue or medicine is going to be appropriate to be given to the child your doctor can advise you on that after physical examining the child
