RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Spoo Shampoo is a good option for dandruff and to your child is one year old I don’t know whether you have got the head shaved off or not as of now but you haven’t you get it done now maybe it is not dandruff of it is cradle cap but I am not sure about it
