please do the following things:
if your child is breastfed baby then it is normal.
just offer heavy food like sheera, rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease night time waking frequency.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
use dim lights and keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping.
avoid distractions.
