Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. in this case it is important to rule out urinary tract infection for which urine report as well as urine culture needs to be done.
in the report if it is found that there is positive urine culture then dr gives antibiotics for around 14 daysx after which culture report is repeated to see if the infection is gone.
kindly take plenty of fluids to drink to and maintain hygiene of the urinary area and contact your doctor for relevant examinationx and investigation
at the earliest

Maybe there is some blood in the urine of the child which is why it is red in colour or maybe you have given something really red in colour to each so that could have change the urine colour so but one time you should check with your doctor to be more sure about it
