RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 month agoA. Cyclopam you can go ahead with giving it to the child for stomach pain and for fever you can definitely give paracetamol to the child which you can repeat every six hours in stomach pain medicine can be repeated after eight hours again if needed
