hello dr. mere baby ko stomach pain ho raha hai past 2 days se, Or loose potty waali feeling aa rahai hai but wo utni potty nahi kar raha hai, twice in day or semi liquid but again n again potty jaisa feel ho raha hai. Every 30 minutes usse stomach pain ho raha hai but vomiting waali koi feeling nhi hai, pls suggest me what should I do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion are mostly infective which could be bacterial or viral in origin.
the most important thing is fluid and electrolyte imbalance which can cause dehydration and further complications which should be managed properly.
Initially probiotics can be given along with zinc supplrement and ors solution.
Antibiotics should be given if required by the doctor only .
