NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello the hb level is low and you should try to g8ve your child iron rich food in the diet and also check with your doctor if additional supplements is needed which shoukd be better and also safe and absolutely nothing to worry about not a problem
