Hello ma’am If it is regular from the very beginning itself that it could be due to some allergy and infection it is normally known as sweat allergy which is very common sometimes so I would advise you to consult a homeopathic doctor and go for a proper treatment from the very beginning itself otherwise lead it it can be really irritating for the child and others as well
