Mere baby ko antibiotic Dene se usko stomach me problem hua...vomiting nd motions...bt bhi nai ho raha hai....bt he is nt eating anything l...what should I do....weight bhi Kum ho raha hai....plz tel me some medicine should I gave him for to eat

You can start with Becasule it’s a basic vitamin b supplement that really is helpful during this time along with that also I would advise you to give more of liquid to the child you can opt for any good healthy liquid for the child to be given as of now as that is going to keep the child Phool also will not let the weight gain go down so that’s going to be the right option for you
