Yadi aapka baby sirf mother feed hi karta hai aur kuch bhi nahi kha raha hai, toh isme pareshan hone ki jarurat nahi hai. 10 mahine ke babies ke liye mother's milk hi bahut important hota hai. Wo sara nutrients aur energy is milk se hi leta hai. Lekin, yadi aap chahti hai ki baby aur bhi chize try kare to yahan kuch tips hai:
1. Experiment Karo: Aap apne bacche ko alag alag food items introduce kare. Iska matlab ye nahi hai ki aap unhe junk food de. Kuch healthy pureed fruits aur vegetables try kare.
