Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 months agoA. mam please apply lacto Calamine lotion over the red spots. also you can apply extra virgin coconut oil over it. use a mild soap like Babyhug soap to wash baby face. use a chemical free moisturiser like MamaEarth moisturiser for kids.
