Mere baby ka vajan km h m usse kya du ki uska vajan bhadhe or Kitne tym ka gep du mera baby bhut weak h m kya kru kya du usse

A. Dear mum, for healthy weight gain, give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time, every 3 hours. This should include one or two healthy snacks in between. You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of full cream milk which includes milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add nuts like almonds and dry fruits like dates to baby’s diet. Give all grains, cereal and pulses.
