mere baby ka head bohot garam rahta h, aisa pahle bhi rahta tha par ab jyada rahta h. or kabhi kabhi apne sir k top pr dono hath marti hai.uske liye me kya karu?0

According to the concern that has been mentioned here it can be said as normal but if you still have doubts regarding this ,that this might be something else then you can consult your doctor for further guidance aweend suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Do swaddling cuddling swinging
Give adequate water
