So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment this is BCG vaccine induced

Puss Is there that’s what I can see you should consult your paediatrician they will have to actually puncher it and clean the infection in that area after that they will advise you with better than probably that you can regularly apply that is going to help and healing of this area
