A. message head with Mamaearth baby oil and use it's shampoo too. they are mild and takes care of this well

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good morning !! If baby having small patches like dandruff then it's cradle cap common in babies until 1-1.5 year. Small pimples (chote daane) like allergy then it might be due to body heat or unsuited products (oil/shampoo). Do normal water bath without using any products for 2-3 days and check whether it's due to products or not. Once consult Paeditrician.
