White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs projper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important anvd maintain a good hygiene .

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. film Ham definitely as described by the proper you should start giving multivitamins to the child and properly and along with that keep the skin well moisturized by applying any of the good moisturizer at the face regularly if you want to go natural then you can apply coconut oil or almond oil
