Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitive skin. most of the times they will go away on their own withoutf any treatment. do not apply any lotixon cream or powder which might cause allergy if there are any discharge present then you can apply t bact cream. meet your doctor for local examination
