Look if your child is crying along with doing this thing then your child could be crying due to stomach pain but if your child is not crying just stretching the body and the child is more relaxed after that that is genuinely no problem in that case you don’t have to worry about it and the child then you can give a medicine for stomach pain otherwise it is totally normal
