Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can give aglozyme syrup and Zinco VIT syrup to the baby under the guidance of your doctorand if there is any need then you should visit your nearby doctor to get a proper examination done for proper treatment according to the symptoms and history regarding this

baby needs time to recover...as of now the appetite will be low....so.no forcefeeding...
just give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits
