A. prefer same food whatever you cook for your whole family start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquid and fruits

A. Hi You should focus on having a healthy child not on a fat child if your child become fat than tomorrow you will see my child is so fat how do I reduce down the way so always focus on having healthy child if your child is healthier than nothing is better than that
