ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. If in case you are cleaning only with your fingers and still blood is coming it is not normal and you need to consult with your pediatrician as soon as possible to detect if any blood disorder is being present

Hi If you’re cleaning with the hanky or even if you’re using a silicon tongue cleaner having blood into that area is not a good thing you should get it checked with the paediatric dentist once I think there is some issue which you are unable to figure out a proper check up would help you to know it better
