mere babu k dr 1ki rat midnight ko vomit hui 5 br subh kro 2 br vomit kl.yesterday ko use kuch bi ni khaya aj green loose motion ho gye dr subh watery type mne mre baby ko zinconiA syrup dia h de skti hu na dr n likhi last tym.whi de rhi hu dr khana kyukha rha h mra baby kya karu ap btao

A. hi, yes u should continue with Zinconia, but as she has also loose motion than it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. keep well hydrate n hold giving milk.
