Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to give paracetamol to the child according to the weight of the child FEVER kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature
