Child is genuinely having sensitivity issues which is why your child is complaining of sensation you’ll have to check with the dentist to know where the problem is so they’ll help you with right treatment and medicines and also you’ll be able to know why sensitivity is there in such a small age so accordingly they can assist you on the issue
