mere 10 months ka baby hai .muje kuch din pehle fever aur cold hua tha. breastfeeding dene se baby ko infection hoga karke main 5 days baby ko formula milk Diya. abhi mere milk supply tik se nahi hora. milk supply wapas kaisa acha hoga please batayiye

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Even if the milk flow is less keep feeding your baby and drink plenty of water and massage your breast towards nipple before feeding the baby and if still no improvement then take shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals
