Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more tyhelpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be uysed very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.

well, instead of it,it would be best to apply Babyhug antirash cream there
it will definitely help
but please avoid using diapers for now
keep that area clean
