mera weight 75 hai ,meri height 5’3 hai muje yeh puchna hai kya weight jayda ho toh kya body blood nhi bna pati muje apna weight lose krna hai lekin mai jaldi thak jati hu or heartbeat bhi bhut fast ho jati hai mai apna weight kaise lose kru kya aap kuch tips de skte hai please

A. Maam it’s not like that that your body is not going to make a blood or something that’s not associated with your weight but yes currently you are quite overweight you should be somewhere around 53 to 54 kg that who won the higher side when I mentioned so you should try opting for a protein rich diet exercise specially if you don’t want to go to gym and I prefer doing yoga at home Surya Namaskar at least 11 to 21 every day set and along with that I would recommend you to try opting for intermittent fasting with a healthy routine and lifestyle
