VishruthaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hi there.. if you are in your sixth month and facing tightening of the abdomen then this could be Braxton Hicks contractions or or false/ practise contractions.
When you feel your stomach tighten then lie have some.juice or fruit and lie down for sometime. If the tight feeling goes away then its false contractions, if it keeps imcreasing then visit your doctor immediately.
Yeh practice contraction hosaktha hai. Jab pet tight lage toh kuch fruit khake let jayiye. Kuch samay me feeling jayega. Agar tightness jyada horaha hai toh doctor ko dikhayiye
