Mera last period 25 sept ko aaya tha....uske bad mene 4 ko test kia to positive tha lekin Uske bad Aaj 9 November ko Mera period a Gaya iska kya matlab hai ????

A. Hello dear It could have been a bio chemical pregnancy or it could also be an early miscarriage. If the bleeding is minimal then it could also be implantation bleeding. So consult your gynecologist
