mera csection delivery hue thi tab mujhe 40days tak period aaye the aur abi 4 month se jada din ho ghye hai abi tak period nhi aaye toh kya krna chiye

A. don't worry. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. There are lots of hormonal changes post delivery and the periods gets regularised after one year of delivery. Please eat healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Also avoid oily and maida food items. You can also do post natal yoga but only under a professional yoga teacher. Please drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances. Thanks and take care
